Hi, I’m Tania, I’m a sensitive and flawed soul, always on a journey of self-discovery and trying to uncover the layers of what makes me, me. I became a mom, when I wasn’t sure who I was and who I wanted to be, but from the first day that I held my twins in my hands, I knew that I wanted to be the best version that I could, for them.

Fast forward 8 years, I became a mom again, still flawed but more willing to embrace imperfection.

When we found out that we were having another girl, my husband got a male Labrador to try and even the odds, as even the cat is female. It’s a full and busy house, but I wouldn’t exchange our chaos for anything.

We are a Portuguese family, that has spent most of our lives traveling and living in several countries, being that the last 5 years were spent in The Netherlands, where I have trained and worked as a Doula and photographer. In a attempt to move closer to home we have decided to move to Malaga, which suits me very well as I have found that I excel when I’m surrounded by nature and water, and you will often see me staring at the sea, as I find it sooths my soul and recharges my spirit.

I believe that things are never just black and white, and that in the multitude of shades and colors, is where we find our real selves, good and bad. This is a view that I share with birth, there is a lot to be gained in the intersection of science meets spirituality.

Since the first time I set my feet into a birthing space, I felt the sense of belonging and comfort that has always been quite foreign to me, and it is my hope that this feeling is what I’m able to pass on to the people I support.

I am always grateful to walk alongside the families I support, holding space, guiding and sharing knowledge. birth trauma malaga
